Minimum Requirements:

• Completed university degree (at least Diploma/Master)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector
• Good knowledge of English (knowledge of German is an advantage)

• Completed technical/university degree in the field of animal production, veterinary, agricultural sciences, or similar

• 8 years of professional experience in training and further education

• Organize regular meetings and updates to monitor progress and ensure alignment.
• Oversee the effectiveness of Farmer Discussion Groups (FDGs) and actively participate in around 50% of the organized FDGs.

Tasks:

1. Contribute to Project planning and scheduling to ensure that logistical considerations are addressed in the implementation of the Project
2. Initiate, design and deliver training and promotional materials (e.g. pop-up banners, posters, outdoor banners) and contribute to the development of manuals, presentations and other documents in close collaboration with the Project leaders and manager
3. Prepare and submit periodic and event-driven reports
4. Participate in the preparation and advise on the specification of contract terms, services and equipment, contract and tender evaluations, contract monitoring and management
