Project Management

We manage projects throughout the complete project life cycle, from planning and identification through project implementation to evaluation.

Project implementation is accompanied by close monitoring and backstopping. Problems that arise are identified early on with the partner concerned and are solved in a transparent management process between the client and the project partners.

Our History

‘ADT Project Consulting GmbH’ was founded in 1995 by the ‘German Breeders Federations’. The establishment of ADT resulted from the increasing demand of the international market for the technical expertise in the growing agricultural value chains.

Our six shareholders are representing all relevant domains and actors in the field of animal husbandry in Germany. Through this network we have access to the most up to date expertise in each field and we are collaborating with a huge network of highly specialised experts.
