The project was aiming to train future agricultural advisory staff and active junior advisors to be able to support agriculture enterprises with professional consulting.

The training programme included extension & consultancy methodology and tools as well as technical know how to build up and to manage consulting services for agricultural enterprises. The training programme covered farm business analysis and farm planning, farm accounting, investment planning, credit, labour and farm organisation and management, marketing, production techniques in milk, meat, pork and crop production, mechanisation and resources saving technologies.
